 The Mortgage Investment Corporation of Eastern Ontario (MICEO) is a Mortgage Investment Corporation (MIC) that was incorporated in Ontario in December 1995. Governed by Section 130.1 of the Income Tax Act of Canada, MIC is a pooling vehicle that allows retail investors the opportunity to invest in mortgages with the benefit of a corporate structure.
The corporation’s founder and CEO, Wayne Robinson, CFA of W.A. Robinson & Associates, provides investment counsel and portfolio management services to MICEO.
The CEO, Fund Manager or staff of W.A. Robinson & Associates do not receive a bonus based on performance or any other criteria as it relates to MICEO.
